What you are buying

First 48 Hours Kit (€29, one-time payment, no subscription) is a digital educational kit for parents of children aged 7–16: 5 emergency response cards (PDF), 5 companion week playbooks (PDF), 3 short audios (MP3), a 7-day email reset sequence, and a printable family agreement kit (PDF). There are no questionnaires, no accounts to create and no software to install.

Checkout, VAT and payouts are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — your payment receipt comes from them.

Delivery

Immediate: after payment you land on a download page with every file, and a copy of the links arrives by email. If any file fails, reply to any of our emails and we re-deliver or refund — your choice.

7-day guarantee (and EU withdrawal rights)

If the kit doesn’t help your family, reply to any of our emails within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions, no forms. To claim: one email is enough; refunds go to the original payment method.

EU customers: digital content is normally subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you expressly waive for immediate delivery by completing checkout and downloading. Our voluntary 7-day guarantee above applies regardless and is easier to use.
